SEC. 57.3104.17.3. FIRE SAFETY OFFICER. A Fire Safety Officer shall be provided in accordance with Section 57.104.18 and the following conditions: 1. Occupant loads of 500 or more shall require a minimum of one Fire Safety Officer. 2. Each additional 1,000 occupants, or fraction thereof, shall require one additional Fire Safety Officer. 3. Filming inside tents requires Fire Safety Officers. EXCEPTION: The Chief may modify or approve an alternate method of compliance with this section if minimum life safety requirements are met.
