18.16.070 Action by director of planning and development. Upon acceptance of the application as complete with the payment of fees required hereunder, the director of planning and development shall review the application and shall at the appropriate time set a public hearing thereon before the planning and design commission in accordance with the provisions of Section 18.16.080 of this chapter.
