2999. Person of limited capacity A person of limited capacity may act as a mandatary for matters for which he is capable of contracting. In such a case, the rights of the principal against the mandatary are subject to the rules governing the obligations of persons of limited capacity. Acts 1997, No. 261, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 1998.
