§ 58-64A-30.  Required electronic filings and submissions. Except when required by the Commissioner to submit a hard copy, all applicants and providers shall submit all filings required by this Article electronically, in a form and manner acceptable to the Commissioner and in compliance with the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.  (2025-58, s. 2.)
