4-144-245 Violations. Unless another fine or penalty is specifically provided, any person violating any provision of this Article shall be fined not less than $250.00 nor more than $500.00 for a first offense and not less than $500.00 nor more than $1,000.00 for each subsequent offense. Each day that such violation exists shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (Added Coun. J. 6-25-14, p. 83727, § 4)
