286.259. Violation of act; misdemeanor; penalty; applicability of subsection (1). Sec. 9. (1) Subject to subsection (2), a person who maintains a public nuisance in violation of section 3 or otherwise violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $25.00 or more than $100.00 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both.
