3.08.040 Revenue measure only. The taxes prescribed by this chapter constitute taxes for revenue purposes only, and are not regulatory permit fees. Such taxes shall be in addition to any regulatory permit fee imposed by this code or ordinances adopted by the city. (Prior code § 23.01.104)
