MCL 38.161 Violation of act; penalty.

38.161. Violation of act; penalty. Sec. 1. Failure of any member of a controlling board to comply with any provisions of this act shall be deemed a violation of the law and shall subject said member to the same penalty as prescribed for a violation of the general school law. 1937, Ex.
