18-28-1103.2.2 Industrial systems - general. A refrigeration system used in the manufacturing, processing, or storage of goods such as chemicals, food, ice, meat or petroleum located in a building or parts thereof, that is not open to the public and where access by authorized persons in controlled, shall be classified as an Industrial System.
