2295. Duties of the manager; liability for loss The manager must exercise the care of a prudent administrator and is answerable for any loss that results from his failure to do so. The court, considering the circumstances, may reduce the amount due the owner on account of the manager's failure to act as a prudent administrator. Acts 1995, No. 1041, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 1996.
