14A-1-105.3 Accessibility-related provisions. On and after December 1, 2019, except as otherwise provided in Sections 14A-1-105.3.1 and 14A-1-105.3.2, the accessibility-related provisions in Titles 14B and 14R apply to all construction and rehabilitation work. The building official is authorized to designate provisions of Titles 14B and 14R as "accessibility-related provisions" subject to this requirement.
