14X-12-1205.2 Inspection. Beginning 45 days after a default, a mortgagee must determine, on a monthly basis, if the structure subject to its mortgage is vacant. This determination may be made by communication with the mortgagor, a visual inspection of the premises or other means reasonably calculated to determine if the structure is vacant. Exceptions: 1. The structure is registered by the owner pursuant to Section 14X-12-1204. 2. The structure is registered by another mortgagee pursuant to Section 14X-12-1205.3.
