§ 13-374 Monthly payments to beneficiaries under improved benefits plan. A pension-providing-for-increased-take-home-pay, an annuity, a dependent benefit, or a retirement allowance granted under the provisions of this subchapter by reason of the retirement of an improved benefits plan member shall be paid in equal monthly instalments or in ratably smaller amounts when the benefit begins after the first day of the month or ends before the last day of the month.
