17.228.123 Solar energy system, commercial (non-city property). Notwithstanding section 17.808.410, if the operation of a solar energy system, commercial (non-city property) is discontinued for a continuous period exceeding one year, the conditional use permit expires for discontinuance of use and thereafter is void. Upon expiration of the conditional use permit, the solar energy system and all related equipment and accessory structures shall be removed from the site. (Ord. 2013-0020 § 1; Ord. 2013-0007 § 1)
