4-8-025 License issuance prohibited. No license shall be issued to: (a) A person whose license issued under this chapter has been revoked for cause within the past three years; or (b) A corporation, partnership, limited partnership or limited liability company, if any of the officers, substantial owners, members or other individuals required to be identified in the license application pursuant to Section 4-4-050 would not be eligible to receive a license under subsection (a).
