14A-1-105.11.1 Training phase. Beginning August 1, 2019, the building official and fire code official may establish a program for the review of a limited number of permit applications, selected by the building official with the consent of the permit applicant, under the provisions of Title 14R for training and evaluation purposes. Where an application is reviewed under this provision, the permit and all work done pursuant to it are subject to all requirements of Titles 14B and 14R.
