Sec. 6.192. Notice Inviting Bids. Notice inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work described in the Ordinance of Intention shall refer to the specifications on file, shall state the estimated cost of any acquisition which may be required to be advanced as a part of incidental expenses referred to in Section 6.193 of this article at the time of entering into the contract.
