§ 12-02 Coordinating Agency; Constituent Organizations. The coordinating agency shall consist of the charitable non-profit organizations named as constituent members thereof upon the Commissioner of Citywide Administrative Services' approval of the coordinating agency, subject to changes by discontinuance of such participation or the addition of eligible charitable non-profit organizations. The coordinating agency shall give prompt written notice of any such changes to the Commissioner of Citywide Administrative Services.
