§ 28-405.3.1 Class A license. An applicant for a class A hoisting machine operator license shall have at least three (3) years of experience, within the five (5) years prior to application, operating hoisting machines in the city of New York in the presence of and under the direct supervision of a licensed class A or class B hoisting machine operator. Such experience shall have been obtained operating hoisting machines of a size, type, and capacity as specified in rules promulgated by the commissioner. (Am.
