4-224-013 Operation at night restricted. No machine shop shall be operated in the nighttime between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. in any block in which a majority of the buildings on both sides of the street are used exclusively for residential purposes, or within 100 feet of such block, and it shall be within the power of the Department of Public Health, after reasonable notice, to treat such night operation as a public nuisance and to abate the same.
