MCL 259.401 Appropriation; purpose.

259.401. Appropriation; purpose. Sec. 1. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund the sum of $250,000.00 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1945, to the state administrative board to be expended as provided in this act. 1945, Act 328, Imd. Eff. May 28, 1945; CL 1948, 259.401

MCL 259.402 Special aeronautical planning fund; expenditure.

259.402. Special aeronautical planning fund; expenditure. Sec. 2. Said appropriation shall be credited to a special fund to be known as the "special aeronautical planning fund". Moneys may be released from said special fund from time to time by the state administrative board to the director of aeronautics, upon his request for planning, survey, engineering services and development of airports and landing fields within this state. 1945, Act 328, Imd.
