§ 5-378 Entry to prepare maps and to post notice. The commissioner of environmental protection, the commissioner's agents, engineers, surveyors and such other persons as may be necessary to enable the commissioner to perform his or her duties under this subchapter are hereby authorized to enter upon any land, or water, for the purpose of making surveys, examinations or investigations and preparing the maps, plans and reports contemplated by this subchapter and for the purpose of posting any notices that may be required to be published in like manner.
