§ 38-07 Effect of Conciliation Decision. The service of a conciliation decision discontinuing conciliation shall start the running of the 90 day period for filing a petition, or shall reinstate any previously filed petition as provided in 19 RCNY § 38-04(d), with regard to all issues not resolved at conciliation. A conciliation decision shall be served on the requestor and a copy thereof shall be mailed to the tribunal.
