12.44.240 Climbing upon fountains, etc. No person shall climb or ascend any fountain, shade structure, sculpture, statuary object, railing, lightpost, vending machine, shrub or tree situated upon a mall other than those situated in designated children's play areas and designed for such use. Ascending, climbing or sitting upon retaining walls having a height of less than five feet shall not constitute a violation of this section. (Prior code § 51.04.406)
