18-29-420.4 Water closet connections. A 4-inch by 3-inch (100 mm by 75 mm) closet bend shall be acceptable. Where a 3-inch (75 mm) bend is utilized on water closets, a 4-inch by 3-inch (100 mm by 75 mm) flange shall be installed to receive the fixture horn.
