Sec. 4.239. Administration of Reimbursements. The administrative head of any office or department in which the officer or employee seeking reimbursement under the section is employed shall be responsible for the administration of any reimbursement authorized under the provisions of this article subject to review by the Director of the Office of Administrative and Research Services.
