11-4-1960 Annual permit filing fee. The annual fee for filing a permit application shall be as follows: For facilities on lots covering not more than 25 acres.....$2,500.00 For facilities on lots covering more than 25 and up to 50 acres.....$5,000.00 For facilities on lots covering more than 50 acres.....$10,000.00 Each noncontiguous lot shall be considered a separate facility.
