SEC. 91.5.100. BASIC PROVISIONS. (Readopted by Ord. No. 188,797, Eff. 12/31/25.) The Los Angeles Residential Code adopts by reference portions of the California Residential Code (CRC). Chapter 1 of the CRC is not adopted and in lieu thereof Division 1, Article 1, Chapter IX of the Los Angeles Municipal Code is hereby adopted by reference with the following amendments. Appendix AS of the CRC is not adopted.
