4-298-040 Issuance of certificate. Upon fulfilling the requirements for licensure, the Commissioner shall issue a license which authorizes the applicant to engage in such business during such period the license is valid. The license shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance. Provided, however, that before any license shall be issued to such elevator mechanic contractor, the applicant shall have complied with Section 4-298-060 of this Code.
