§ 2-07 Cancellation of Field Appointments. (a) A request to cancel an appointment must be submitted in writing at least 2 business days before the inspection date unless due to an emergency. (b) The request for a new inspection must be made in accordance with 15 RCNY § 2-06. (c) A second inspection cancellation for the same equipment will result in the issuance of a Notice of Installation Disapproval.
