18-29-417.4.3 Shower installation. Traps shall be constructed so that the pan is fastened to the trap at the seepage entrance, making a water-tight joint between the pan and the trap. Shower receptacle waste outlets shall be at least 1 1/2 inches (38 mm) in diameter and have a removable strainer. (Amend Coun. J. 6-17-26, p. 45214, Art. IV, § 51)
