18-29-1204.2 Location. No portion of an outdoor private residential swimming pool shall be located at a distance less than 10 feet (3048 mm) from an abutting property line or rear property line. Pumps, filters and pool water disinfection equipment installations shall be located at a distance not less than 10 feet (3048 mm) from an abutting property line. (Added Coun.
