§ 3-20 Conflict of laws. If any part of this subtitle is inconsistent with any provision of any Baltimore City ordinance (whenever enacted) covering the subject matter of licensing and regulating electrical work, the ordinance provision controls and the inconsistent part of this subtitle is repealed to the extent of the inconsistency.
