All acts and parts of acts, whether general, local or special, contravening the provisions of this act are hereby repealed: Provided, however, That nothing herein contained shall be construed so as to affect or modify in any way the provisions of Act No. 205 of the Public Acts of 1897. 1933, Act 123, Imd.
