4-266-010 State license required. No person shall perform welded repairs or modifications to the pressure retaining boundaries of a boiler or pressure vessel within the City of Chicago unless licensed in accordance with the Illinois Boiler and Pressure Vessel Repairer Regulation Act, 225 ILCS 203/1, et seq., as amended, and in compliance with applicable requirements of the Chicago Mechanical Code.
