§ 8-124 Civil penalties for violating commission orders. Any person who fails to comply with an order issued by the commission pursuant to section 8-115 or section 8-120 shall be liable for a civil penalty of not more than $50,000 and an additional civil penalty of not more than $100 per day for each day that the violation continues.
