§ 6-1. Definitions. (a) In general. In this subtitle, the following terms have the meanings indicated. (b) Disqualifying relative. “Disqualifying relative”, as applied to an individual, means that individual’s spouse, parent, child, or sibling. (Ord. 04-795.)
