Baltimore City Code, Article 5, § 36-1 Drafts authorized.

§ 36-1. Drafts authorized. The City Purchasing Agent is authorized to send out with certain purchase orders to city suppliers a draft or other form of payment to cover the cost of the goods or services on the order. (Ord. 82-663; Ord. 80-182.)

Baltimore City Code, Article 5, § 36-2 Signatures.

§ 36-2. Signatures. (a) By whom. The drafts shall bear the signatures of: (1) the City Purchasing Agent or the Acting City Purchasing Agent in the absence of the City Purchasing Agent; and (2) another person from the Bureau of Purchases designated by the Director of Finance. (b) How. 1 of the 2 signatures must be manual. (Ord. 82-663; Ord. 80-182.)

Baltimore City Code, Article 5, § 36-3 Maximum amount.

§ 36-3. Maximum amount. The maximum dollar amount of a draft shall be $2,000. (Ord. 82-663; Ord. 80-182.)
