Sec. 22.643. Responsibility to Provide Regulatory Services. The Department shall, on behalf of the City: (a) Administer all Information Technology System franchising, refranchising and renewal matters, and provide analyses and recommendations on all proposals related thereto; (b) Cause all ordinances, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures relating to cable television franchises and all other Information Technology System franchises to be implemented.
