15.148.280 Location and depth of flat signs. Signs placed flat against a building must be erected parallel thereto and the outside face of such sign may extend no more than eighteen (18) inches from the wall of such buildings. Such signs may project over a public right-of-way a distance not exceeding such eighteen (18) inch depth. (Prior code § 3.05.088)
