500.608. "Health insurance" and "health insurance policy" defined. Sec. 608. As used in this act: (a) "Health insurance" means insurance provided under a health insurance policy. (b) "Health insurance policy" means an expense-incurred hospital, medical, or surgical policy, certificate, or contract.
