SEC. 57.4701.6. LIVE THEATRICAL PRODUCTIONS. When the occupant load is 100 or more, no person shall operate or maintain any live theatrical production utilizing scenery and/or settings, lighting, or other stage dressing or paraphernalia, in any motion picture theater, theater or little theater except by authority of a permit in accordance with Section 57.105.7.
