15-4-840 Violation - Penalty. Any person violating any of the provisions of Sections 15-4-780 to 15-4-830 shall be fined not more than $200.00 for each offense, and each day such violation shall continue shall be regarded as a separate offense. In addition, such violation shall be cause for suspension or revocation of the certificate of the desk clerk. (Prior code § 90-82)
