Sec. 1.13. Interpretation of Code Sections Which are Based upon Charter Provisions.

Sections of this Code which are based upon or which paraphrase provisions of the Charter have been included herein for reference purposes only. No such section of this Code shall be deemed to have changed the law as it is expressed in said Charter.
