SEC. 164.13. SEVERABILITY.

(Renumbered by Ord. No. 187,627, Eff. 10/24/22.) If any provision, section, paragraph, sentence or word of this article be determined or declared invalid by any final court action in a court of competent jurisdiction or by reason of any preemptive legislation, the remaining provisions, sections, paragraphs, sentences or words of this article shall remain in full force and effect.
