SEC. 188.13. REGULATIONS.

(Amended by Ord. No. 188,610, Eff. 9/8/25.) The Division may promulgate rules and regulations and issue determinations and interpretations relating to the OWS-Enforced Ordinances, and this article. Any rules and regulations promulgated by the Division shall have the force and effect of law, and may be relied upon by Employers, Employees, and other parties to determine their rights and responsibilities under this article. The Division may amend the rules and regulations when necessary to administer and effectively enforce the OWS-Enforced Ordinances, and this article.
