Sec. 19.146. Severability.

If any provision of this chapter is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, it is the intent of the City Council that all other provisions of this chapter shall remain in full force and effect. The City Council hereby declares the provisions of this chapter to be severable. SECTION HISTORY Added by Ord. No. 171,413, Eff. 12-28-96.
