Sec. 4.1905. Compensation Limits.

On or after July 1, 1997, Sections 1522 and 1622 of the City Charter will be applied without regard to the family aggregation rules of Section 414(q)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. SECTION HISTORY Added by Ord. No. 174,803, Eff. 9-16-02.
