SEC. 45.09. DANCING ACADEMY - AUTHORIZATION TO ATTEND.

The authorization referred to in the above section shall state that the person therein named may accompany the infant to such dancing academy on a date specified therein, together with the residence address of the person executing the same. No authorization shall be good for more than one day.
