SEC. 49.7.41. SEVERABILITY.

(Renumbered by Ord. No. 186,477, Eff. 1/23/20.) The provisions of this Article are severable. If any provision of this Article or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a court, the remainder of this Article and the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances is not affected by that determination, to the extent that the provision or its application can be given effect.
